They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join their team to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects across these key sectors.Job Description:As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of construction sites and ensuring that all projects are completed according to schedule, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of subcontractors and tradespeople, work closely with project managers, and be the on-site point of contact for clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in restaurant, gas station, and retail sectors.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during construction.Provide leadership and direction to on-site crews and subcontractors.Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each project (safety reports, work logs, etc.).Qualifications:5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in restaurant, gas station petroleum, or retail projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety standards.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.Familiarity with project management software and tools.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.OSHA certification is a plus.Why Join?Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience.Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects.Collaborative and supportive work prehensive benefits package.Strong potential for career growth within the company.
