Finance Administrator

Required Skills & Experience- Experience maintaining and updating financial records using SAP or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- Experience reconciling payments - ie. determining what is paid vs. pending- Experience collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Systems experience with Lucernex or Sharepoint- Demonstrated experience with the SAP interface, including hands-on experience with data entry, transaction processing, and report generation within SAP modules.Job DescriptionThis Financial Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and approving budgets for current or future Real Estate projects. They will review invoices and organize PO requests. Heshe will also be responsible for managing budget balances and ensure information is accurate across numerous systems.
