Field Service Engineer (34263)

An international manufacturing corporation in the East Providence, RI area is searching for a Field Service Engineer to do a variety of work in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in the field to support their maintenance office. The ideal candidate will hands-on experience with automation or robotics machinery with great communication skills Field Service Engineer Responsibilities Include:Install, repair and do preventive maintenance on machines in the fieldTroubleshooting and customer support over the phoneFollow a predictive maintenance schedule.Emergency equipment repair and troubleshooting.Write instruction manuals and procedures for new machinesRepairing and testing of defective partsQuality ControlOther Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.Field Service Engineer Requirements:Associate's Degree or Professional Certification in MechanicalMachine Technician or related fields preferred.1-5 years' experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
