We are seeking a strong and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the RAFTRx family of companies. This person will be cross-trained across the licensing, compliance and permitting spaces within the roofingsiding arena.This will be an on-site opportunity in the Duluth, GA area!The Licensing & Compliance Administrative Assistant plays a critical role within the organization by providing administrative and licensing support to the Company and guaranteeing the Company's compliance with renewing and maintaining corporate, contractor and local level licensing. This role will report directly to the VP of Compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide professional licensing support to the company and its subsidiaries and ensure that all required professional licenses are obtained and kept in good standingEnsure proper and timely completion of all licensing requirements for Corporate and all Brands, including the preparation and filing of license applicationsApply for new licenses as needed on a state and local levelsSend and upload COIs to proper licensing offices, localities, and Brand MarketsAssist the various Brands companywide with the COI platformRespond to questions from company personnel regarding licensing requirementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant corporate, state, and federal licensing requirementsRetain accurate and organized records of all licensing documentsProvide administrative support to the VP of complianceQUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 3 years prior experience in administrative assistance, license management, regulatory compliance, or a related field is advantageous (also open to backgrounds such as mortgage loan processing, government administration, paralegal)Knowledge of contractor Licensing and Permitting processes is a plus but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer proficiencySuperb attention to detailExperience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goalsOrganized, detailed and self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and problem solveWorks well in a team environment as well as independentlyDemonstrated ability to adapt to new information, research for information and apply knowledge learnedAbility to follow directions, complete detailed forms with accuracy
