Overall Responsibilities: As an integral part of the Sales Team assisting the execution of the Company sales strategy, the Account Manager - Inside Sales will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with assigned accounts as well as acting as the Central Coordination Hub for the national sales team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and maintain a deep understanding of each customer's needs. This person will work closely with all cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations as well as with the sales team, to manage workflows and deliver solutions that drive revenue development and support the growth of our enterprise. Primary Responsibilities:Account Management and Inside Sales: Responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying sales growth opportunities for the brand.Order Management: Serve as the primary contact for updating purchase orders, including changes to delivery dates, product adjustments, and pricing updates.Sales Support: Proactively support the Sales Team by ensuring all sales materials are accurate, current, and easily accessible. This includes keeping the Sales SharePoint up to date and organized, creating and maintaining sales collateral, and assisting with various administrative tasks to boost sales efficiency and enhance customer engagement, including customer paperwork completion, management of customer data portals Qualification & Skills Requirements A successful candidate needs to be New Jersey based and working primarily from the office of Crispy Green, the person also needs to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the CPG or produce industry.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiently communicate plans and ideas to clients by using current communication tools.Collaborative mindset for addressing and resolving customer needs effectively.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.Ability to anticipate Sales Team needs, take initiative, and provide timely updates.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CPG analytics tools and data interpretation.Willing to travel by personal vehicle andor public transportation (including occasional airplane travel) for businessAnnual Salary: $ 70K to $ 90K + 20% bonus target (Commensurate with experience)CompensationCrispy Green offers an attractive compensation package that includes base salary, bonus, comprehensive medicaldentalRx insurance as well as long-term disability and life insurance, paid-time-off, 401(k) and Cash Balance retirement plans.If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding role that offers growth opportunity that will put you in the path of a successful CPG sales career, then apply for this position by submitting your resume to:
