The Estimators Job description will require the following:-Computer use abilities.-Mechanical Skills-The understanding of construction terminology -The ability to read and understand construction drawings.-The use of Primavera P6-Detail oriented -Verbal communication skills and ability to feel confident with difficult conversations with customers. -Worklife balance-Working in a team atmosphere-Personal drive to advance within the organization.Applicable skills necessary for this position: -Project scheduling software (P6)-Some understanding of AISC -Bluebeam Revue-Microsoft Office (Primarily Word and Excel)-AutoCAD or some experience with using digital Construction Models.-3-5 Year Minimum Use of Tekla Power Fab Fields of Study that would apply to this position: -Civil Engineering Technology-Civil Engineering Technology- Architectural Major-Civil Engineering Technology- Construction Management Major-Advanced Manufacturing Technology-Advanced CAD (Certificate) -CivilSurveying drafting (Certificate) -Construction Materials Inspection (Certificate)-Construction Technician (Certificate)Benefits fully paid for by employer after 90 days. Profit sharing starts after one full year.
