Join us and be part of something truly inspiring!Responsibilities:Analyze financial data and create reports to support business decisionsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performancePrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadershipManage all things APWork cross-functionally with teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiencyProcess company payrolls & help maintain all compensation tax filingsAssist in cost analysis and margin optimization strategiesSupport ad-hoc financial projects and initiativesOccasional travel to the company's factories in Kanab & St. George, UT Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, spill ranges, financial modeling, etc.)Experience with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)Ability to interpret data and present actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package (health insurance, 401k & HSA matches, parental leave, generous PTO, free lunches!)Hybrid remote work optionsCareer growth opportunities.
