This pivotal role involves managing a team, developing strategic initiatives, and driving business growth through innovative treasury management solutions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the bank's Treasury Management DepartmentProspect new clients to sell treasury management products.Monitor and Develop Treasury Management ProductsTrain staff on Treasury Management products, features, and benefitsFormulate strategies to grow bank depositsMeet with and educate customers on Treasury Management productsCoordinate with customers on service adoption.Monitor market and products trends for deposit growth opportunitiesHandle customers questions and issues in relation to treasury management productsQualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, 3+ years of treasury management experience, & 10+ years of banking experience.Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft suite of products.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.Preferred Skilled: Experience in NuPointOutlookTeamsExcelCSI eBankingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a dynamic, family-oriented work environment.Granite Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer
