Visit our website at to learn more about us.Role DescriptionsAs Listing Manager, you will:own responsibility for delivering Wow+1 service to our seller clients and listing agents by listing 3-10 homesweek. This includes:writing listing agreements and obtaining electronic signatures;Oversee the creating of marketing materials and launching all marketing materials;over-communicating with the seller and listing agent throughout the process to check listing preparation progress and keep them informed;scheduling property trips for our photographer and Field Rep to installremove signs and lockboxes; and to take room measurements;resolving with a smile any issues that come up during the process by scheduling a contractor, offering a listening ear, andor encouraging our clients that the work they're doing to prepare their home for sale is worth it!doing everything needed to ensure the successful sale of our listings. As Admin Team Leader, you will:Provide leadership, management and accountability to the Admin team, which currently includes our Transaction Coordinator (TC) and growing team of TC's; Field Representative Personal Assistant, and Marketing Assistant. Attend and contribute to our Leadership Team, including regularly scheduled Level 10 Meetings.Oversee all team performance reporting;Work closely with our Sales Manager to ensure that our clients and team are receiving the best support possible.
