Job Overview We are seeking a Software Configuration Specialist to design and implement automated build processes that enhance the quality and efficiency of software delivery. This hybrid position is based out of the Frisco, TX Headquarters office.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with development teams to identify and fulfill build requirements, ensuring timely resolution of any build-related issues.Define and implement standard procedures and tools for software configuration management.Oversee the Continuous Integration (CI) process and systems across development, testing, QA, and production environments.Partner with development and product teams to onboard new projects into the CICD pipeline.Work with development and operations teams to build and maintain tools for deployment and system monitoring.Develop and implement branch and merge strategies to streamline development workflows.Continuously evaluate and improve tools supporting the CICD pipeline.Provide support for deployment of hotfixes and new features to the platform.Maintain regular and reliable attendance for your assigned schedule.Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.Strong understanding of Oracle database administration, programming, and scripting.Minimum of 2 years' experience in software configuration management.Preferred QualificationsProficiency in version control tools, build tools, and scripting languages such as ClearCase, CVS, ANT, Maven, HudsonJenkins, and Perl.Previous experience leading teams or cross-functional groups is highly desirable.Core CompetenciesAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to unexpected changes effectively.Strong collaboration skills, both within the Configuration Management team and across cross-functional teams.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards plan designed with you and your family's health and wellness in mind that includes:Paid days off (i.e. vacation, sick days, bereavement leave)Health and Dental plansRetirement plansEmployee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)Employee referral programThis role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our development processes while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability or any other protected characteristics in accordance with applicable federal, stateprovincial, and local laws.
