Design Engineer

DescriptionThe Design Coordinator will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Project Engineering Teams in the USA and the offshore delivery team.This position requires a good understanding of project requirements related to heavy material handling systems and effective coordination to ensure successful project delivery.The coordinator will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between diverse engineering teams, driving efficiency and excellence in project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Coordinating between different Project Engineering team in USA & offshore deliver team.Resource Management: Ensure that the offshore team has everything they need to perform their tasks munication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the onsite team and offshore team, ensuring clear and effective communication.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, getting feedback from Project Engineering teams in USA & making sure offshore team following all quality standards.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to RGBSI Management Team .Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy material handling systems.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor Cad tool & Vault PDM.Experience in Weldment design, GD&T & electrical routing.Good knowledge in Design calculations & FEA (fundamentals)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Education:Minimum Master degree in mechanical engineeringWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
