This role requires extensive Treasury Management product knowledge to be able to provide coaching and day-to-day support to the Treasury Management team and their clients. We rely heavily on our Treasury Management team to support our C&I clients, which comprise over 65% of the Bank's client base. As such, the Head of Treasury Management plays an integral role in our success in attracting new clients and building loyalty with existing relationships.ResponsibilitiesLeverage mastery of Treasury Management product knowledge to position Parkside for maximum impact.Identify and address client needs, deepening relationships and building trust.Monitor and drive revenue growth while remaining competitive and efficient.Strengthen relationships with existing clients and cultivate new ones through effective communication and service delivery. Keep clients informed and educated on products.Maintain a competitive treasury product suite by staying informed on industry trends and core processor offerings.Prepare and present tailored presentations and proformas to prospective clients showcasing the Treasury Management product suite.Oversee client-facing system conversions and enhancements.Oversee and manage a range of treasury products and services, including but not limited to: Online and mobile banking, remote deposit, ACH origination, online wire transfer origination, sweeps, ACH and check positive pay, lockbox, merchant services & corporate credit card.Work with Treasury Management team to ensure successful onboarding and training of new clients.Mentor and coach Treasury Management team, fostering professional development and growth.Manage the analysis billing system to ensure accurate and timely billing.Lead and develop the Treasury Management team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Treasury Management team and other key areas of the Bank, including RM's, Bank Operations and Customer Service.Serve as a point of contact for Parkside's most sophisticated clients, delegating as appropriate.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; accounting andor finance degree or business degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred10+ years of experience in treasury, finance or related fieldLeadership experience, overseeing a team of employeesMotivated self-starterStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to navigate and learn new computer systems and websitesDetail oriented and highly organizedAble to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlinesAble to work both independently and as an integral part of a teamStrong verbal and non-verbal communication skillsAble to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environmentService oriented and patient in stressful and challenging situationsProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointWillingness to learn and contribute to company's financial growth and profitabilityExperience with Jack Henry a plusEmployee Benefits - Parkside is proud to offer competitive benefits for all our employees, including:Competitive salary with bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) Plan + Employer MatchEmployee Stock OptionsPaid 4 Week Sabbatical Program, including $5,000 for travel, with every 5 years of employment12-week Paid Maternity LeaveTuition ReimbursementEmployee charitable giving supportCompany paid parking & more!
