In support of their needs, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (SAP S4HANA Integrations).About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage large-scale integration projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain systems, Inventory, and Planning systems into our global ERP platform, S4HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of integration workflows, the ability to manage and push cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with technical expertise in integrations, capable of driving complex initiatives to successful completion without requiring hands-on development.ResponsibilitiesIntegration Strategy and Planning:Define and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for WMS, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Planning systems into the S4HANA ERP ecosystem.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to gather and document integration requirements, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.Develop detailed project execution plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure alignment with business objectives.Oversee Agile project management activities, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking tasks to maintain project momentum.Manage critical project tasks, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and Go-Live cutover planning, to ensure a seamless transition into productionProject Leadership and Execution:Lead integration projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.Oversee and drive cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units, ensuring accountability and resource alignment to meet project milestones.Manage project resources, risks, and deliverables effectively, optimizing resource allocation for timely and efficient project execution.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to address potential issues before they impact timelines or quality.Act as the driving force behind integration initiatives, maintaining focus on achieving business objectives and ensuring successful project delivery.Technical Expertise and Oversight:Possess a comprehensive understanding of integration technologies, processes, and challenges specific to ERP, WMS, Inventory, and Planning systems, including tools such as JDA WMS Integrator, REST APIs, JSON, Kafka, Java, and Web Services.Review and guide integration designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best-practice standards.Ensure the integration pipeline aligns with DevOps principles, leveraging tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and CICD workflows.Provide technical guidance by facilitating discussions, assessing proposed solutions, and driving high-quality integration outcomes, even without direct hands-on involvement.System Integration Management:Oversee the integration of WMS, Inventory, and Planning systems with S4 Hana.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time synchronization across systems.Optimize system-to-system communication for enhanced operational efficiency.Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:Coordinate with technical teams and vendors during the Quality Engineering (QE) phase to identify and resolve integration issues.Establish and maintain rigorous testing protocols for integration components.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.Risk and Issue Management:Risk Identification: Proactively identify integration risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.Issue Resolution: Develop and implement action plans to address technical or project-related challenges effectively.Continuous Monitoring: Maintain visibility into project progress and preemptively address potential delays or disruptions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Required SkillsMinimum of 7+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP integration projects, specifically involving WMS, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Planning systems.Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with expertise in driving complex integration projects end-to-end.Preferred SkillsProject Leadership: Exceptional skills in managing resources, challenging teams to deliver in fast paced dynamic environment, and achieving project goals.Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, including REST APIs, JSON, Kafka, and S4HANA integration processes.Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile project management, including JIRA for story tracking, backlog grooming, and creating dashboards.DevOps Understanding: Familiarity with CICD pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex technical and project challenges munication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies, including GitHub and Jenkins.Knowledge of JIRA, including managing stories and epics, and creating JIRA dashboards.Willingness to adapt to new challenges and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with aggressive project schedules.About MaxonicSince 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
