Field Superintendent

We are seeking Field Superintendents to join our team! You will support field installations, perform quality checks, inspect jobsites prior to installations and assist branch operations as needed.Position Summary:We are currently seeking Field Superintendents to join our amazing team in order to support our tremendous growth and customer demand. Field Superintendents are responsible for supporting the installation and production teams by assisting with difficult projects, supplying needed tools, equipment and materials as needed, performing quality checks and job site inspections and developing relationships with customers.Responsibilities:Inspect jobsites prior to installsPerform quality checks on work completedSupport and assist field install teamsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients as neededProvide ideas and recommendations on how operations can improveSupport branch operations as neededQualifications:Previous experience in construction is requiredStrong work ethicStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedBilingual in English and Spanish required10 years of experience preferreda True competitor who wants to Win!!
