Quality Control Engineer

The Quality Control Engineer ensures all manufactured productsmeet the company's and industry's quality standards. Responsibilities:Maintain and improve the current quality management system.Monitor and develop performance metrics for all stages of the production process.Assist and advise Warehouse and Manufacturing personnel on the entry-level quality control of goods and materials.Conduct various QC tests, during production and on finished products, in line with defined checklists.Determine the root cause of faulty products and propose improvements to the design and coordination with the Manufacturing Lead, conduct training for Assembly Technicians and propose improvements to the production process to mitigate detected problems.Conduct experiments and tests on new designs and prototypes in order to test their fitness for purpose and detect problems.Skills:Bachelor's degree (mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering).Advanced computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office.Experience of working with different tools - oscilloscope, bench top PS, multimeter etc.Experience of working with electrical circuits, either job related or through DIY projects.Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
