You'll play a key role in reconciling payroll data, responding to employee inquiries, and optimizing payroll processes to support smooth operations.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee bi-weekly payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now.Ensure accurate payroll deductions for benefits, taxes, and retirement contributions.Reconcile payroll to general ledger accounts and benefit invoices.Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with employment laws.Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear and timely communication.Prepare and distribute payroll-related documents, including W-2s.Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data reconciliation, and process optimization.Stay up to date on payroll regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.Key CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.ExperienceExperience with ADP Workforce Now required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Join DirectRx Pharmacy, where you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring payroll runs smoothly and employees are supported.
