This position is fully in office and full-time. Salary is dependent on experience and will range from $90-100k with excellent benefits and perks!Key Responsibilities:Manage store operations by creating schedules, delegating tasks to employees, and ensuring successful completion of assignments. Focus on enhancing product knowledge and developing sales skills within the team.Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism across all branch staff.Review and analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for growth, implementing strategies to improve overall sales and branch effectiveness.Drive team performance by coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to employees. Plan and oversee staffing levels, monitor progress, and evaluate job performance while fostering professional development.Align branch operations with corporate objectives by introducing initiatives and processes aimed at achieving established goals.
