Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completionOversee client communication and manage client relationshipsManage project consultants (engineers, expediters, etc.)Coordinate and oversee the preparation of complete drawing setsMonitor project deliverables and report on progress with the teamEfficiently and independently solve problems as they ariseGain a deep understanding of client standards and adapt them to various projectsCoordinate with building departments and landlord representativesComplete construction documents using AutoCAD and RevitCreate 3D models and renderingsDocument and scan existing conditions and incorporate them into designsDevelop and draft detailed construction drawings Skills:Proficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience with BluebeamProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with COMcheckREScheckFamiliarity with rendering software  Qualifications:College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience in project planning and managementPositive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting team and company growthStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience
