🌿 Landscape Construction Superintendent 🚜📍 Location: Maltby, Washington💰 Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000📅 Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Landscape Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial and residential landscape projects. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment while ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and on-time project completion.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and safety management.Key Responsibilities:✅ Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.✅ Direct and manage crews (3-6 members), subcontractors, and vendors.✅ Oversee the installation of hardscapes, retaining walls, multi-zone irrigation systems, and low-voltage lighting.✅ Enforce OSHA safety regulations and ensure site security.✅ Schedule and coordinate inspections with city officials and municipalities.✅ Work with the Project Manager to track job progress, report daily activities, and adjust schedules as needed.✅ Maintain accurate redline drawings and approve daily timecards.✅ Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for crews.Qualifications:🎓 5+ years of experience in landscape construction, site supervision, or hardscape projects.🔧 Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, retaining walls, and low-voltage lighting.📑 Ability to read blueprints, contracts, and construction plans.🚜 Experience in equipmentmaterial procurement and crew leadership.🛠 OSHA Certification (preferred).📢 Excellent leadership and communication skills.What We Offer:✅ Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience.✅ Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.✅ 401(k) with company match.✅ Paid Time Off & Holidays.✅ Career Growth: Training and professional development.How to Apply?📩 Apply directly on LinkedIn.🚜 Join us and build landscapes that make an impact!
