As we continue to scale, we are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help us build an efficient, thriving workplace.Position Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all employees. This role will involve handling administrative duties, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with general office operations to support a dynamic, fast-paced team.Key Responsibilities:Office Operations Management:Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all materials are stocked and available.Maintain office organization, including managing workspace assignments and keeping common areas clean and orderly.Greeting, escorting and assisting guests.Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members as needed.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team munication & Coordination:Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and communications.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing office-related service needs (e.g., support, cleaning, catering).Help coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.Team Support:Provide assistance to HR by fostering a positive and collaborative office culture by supporting employee engagement and wellness programs.Assist in maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and resources.Assist finance administrative work.Qualifications:Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or similar roles (experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus).Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management software.Ability to manage office budget and expense reports effectively.Self-motivated, with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.Passion for sustainability and clean energy is highly desirable.Why Join Us?At Alsym Energy you will be part of a passionate and innovative team committed to changing the future of energy storage.
