The guiding principle of the company is to "Bear ye one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2).Role DescriptionThe Senior Hospice Account Executive is responsible for driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with referral sources to support the mission of Southern Grace Hospice. This role requires a dynamic and strategic professional who excels in business development, community engagement, and referral cultivation to ensure that patients and families receive exceptional hospice care.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and senior care providers to increase hospice admissions.Educate healthcare professionals and the community on hospice services, eligibility, and benefits through presentations and outreach.Expand market presence by attending health fairs, networking events, and community functions to promote Southern Grace Hospice.Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategic sales plans.Ensure compliance with all hospice marketing regulations, HIPAA, and company policies.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support seamless patient transitions and quality care.Track and report performance metrics, maintaining accountability for referral growth and business development goals.QualificationsProven success in healthcare sales, business development, or hospice marketing with a strong referral network.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Strong strategic planning, CRM, and market analysis experience.Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.Experience in the healthcare or hospice industry is a plus.
