The company is headquartered in Beaverton, OR. Learn more about Datavault AI at Description:Datavault AI seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Development and FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about corporate strategy, M&A, and financial planning. You will be critical in shaping the company's strategic initiatives, financial forecasting, and operational decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Development:Support and execute M&A transactions, including building financial models, structuring deals, and conducting due diligence.Collaborate with senior management on the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives.Develop pro forma documentation and financials for transaction presentations.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Build and maintain comprehensive revenue models and P&L forecasts to drive strategic decision-making.Prepare 13-week cash flow forecasts and collaborate with department heads to accurately forecast revenues, COGS, and expenses.Develop and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to improve financial performance.Strategic Reporting:Present financial models and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.Provide ad hoc analysis to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or FP&A.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with public company reporting and transaction structuring.Familiarity with M&A metrics and valuation methodologies.Knowledge of ERP and budgeting tools (e.g., NetSuite).
