Join our team as a Landscape Account Manager, where you'll oversee a dynamic book of business, including $1M in landscape maintenance and $1M in snow services.We're seeking a motivated individual familiar with Aspire Software who excels in customer satisfaction, operations coordination, and contract sales.Key Responsibilities:🌱 Serve as the primary contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and account retention.🌱 Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.🌱 Present enhancement opportunities and maintain operational quality standards.🌱 Manage and oversee properties and operations in collaboration with crews.🌱 Lead contract renewals and new contract sales, including snow and maintenance services.🌱 Conduct regular property inspections to identify service improvements.🌱 Meet and exceed annual sales goals through upsells and enhancements.🌱 Participate in office meetings and ongoing strategy sessions.Skills & Qualifications:✅ 2+ years of fieldaccount management experience✅ Strong background in landscape maintenance and snow services✅ Familiarity with Aspire Software preferred✅ Bachelor's degree preferred✅ Proven success in maintenance and snow estimating, including pricing✅ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
