We are expanding our staff to meet the ever-increasing demand for our products.Job Summary:The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the operations team, and ensuring efficiency across all departments, including filling, shipping, and inventory. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize resources, maintain compliance, and drive productivity.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal team performance.Supervise the operations team and department, providing guidance, support, and leadership.Coordinate with filling, shipping, and inventory departments to plan and achieve daily objectives.Oversee the shipping of international orders, ensuring all required customs documentation is prepared and accurate.Stay up to date with international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.Assist in forecasting requirements for components, raw materials, and bulk products to optimize inventory and reduce shortages.Plan, organize, coordinate, and control all resources required for the production of goods and services, including people, equipment, technology, and information.Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and allocate resources effectively to align with business and strategic goals.Ensure that all organizational processes comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.Optimize space efficiencies to improve workflow, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.Utilize NetSuite and RFSmart capabilities for improved operations management, tracking, and reporting.Monitor employee performance and productivity, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve efficiency.Develop and implement motivational strategies to engage and retain employees.Qualifications & Preferred Experience:Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of international shipping requirements and customs documentation.Experience in supply chain management, inventory forecasting, and resource allocation.Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop employees.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with GMP and other regulatory compliance standards.Experience with NetSuite and RFSmart capabilities preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Work Environment:Fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills.Must be comfortable working in a production setting, with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet business objectives.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods as needed.Occasional lifting of materials and equipment as required for operational duties.EducationExperienceBachelor's degree in operations management, business management, or a related field andor five years' experience in an operational role.BenefitsFree Medical InsuranceFree Life InsuranceFree short and long-term disabilityOptions for Dental and VisionPTO401K PlanGratis Program
