Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of ourresidents.Position SummaryAs a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations andcompliance of our residential community. You will supervise a team, manage propertyfinances, maintain relationships with local organizations, and ensure the propertycomplies with all regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientedprofessional with strong leadership skills and experience in affordable housing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support team members, including Assistant Managers,Maintenance Technicians, and more.Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, including governmentofficials and safety professionals.Oversee rent collection, bank deposits, and income verification.Ensure timely and accurate completion of interim and annual re-certifications.Manage delinquent accounts, petty cash, and resident receivables.Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and completingvariance reports.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, and other regulatoryrequirements.Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance schedules, and addressmaintenance issues.Maintain property files and prepare for audits or reviews (e.g., MORTCAC).Process evictions and other legal matters in accordance with regulations.Conduct performance reviews, support employee development, and assist inhiring decisions.Maintain emergency preparedness and ensure compliance with safety codes.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate degree and at least three years of residential management experience(affordable housing experience preferred).Minimum one year of supervisory experience.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws (FHA certification required within 60 days).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., MRI,Buildium).Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.Physical RequirementsAbility to perform desk-based tasks and occasional liftingcarrying of up to 15pounds.Flexibility to perform occasional standing, walking, bending, or squatting.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Work with a team passionate about community and resident care.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter highlightingtheir relevant experience to Posada Retirement Community is proud to be an equal opportunity employer,embracing diversity and inclusion to build a stronger community for all.Join La Posada Community"”a welcoming workplace with amazing residents, friendly staff, and a mission to serve seniors!
