We're seeking a dynamic Export Sales Manager International Sales Specialist to join our growing team and lead international sales efforts, driving growth and building long-lasting global partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop relationships with potential international clients to expand our global footprint.Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Manage export documentation and compliance to ensure smooth operations and adherence to international trade regulations.Build and nurture strong relationships with international distributors and strategic partners.Stay up to date on international trade regulations, market trends, and competitive dynamics.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in global markets.Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales, export management, or business development within a global market.Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities internationally.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with global customers and partners.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing global conditions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience working with international distributors is a plus.Multilingual skills are an advantage but not required.What we offer:Competitive salary and bonus structureFull benefits package, including [health insurance, PTO, retirement plans, etc.]Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and expand your expertise in global markets
