LSL Healthcare is dedicated to excellence, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience, empowering healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector II to support our team.Key Responsibilities:This role will conduct QC Inspection activities for In-Coming, In-Process, and finished products with a strong focus on specifications.Performs inspection tasks in accordance with established standard operating procedures and schedules for in-coming, in-process and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.Records all results accurately following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and schedules for inspection activities.Identify defects or discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate departments.Assist with quality and production investigationsAssist in preparation of reports and provide feedback on quality issues.Work closely with other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actionsEnsure that safety protocols are followed and that products meet industry safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending corrective action for quality issues.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in quality control is a plus).Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality control standards.Understanding of the Quality System Regulation per 21 CFR Part 820Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Programs.Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work across all tiers of the organization.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailCompensation & Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 hourly. The actual pay rate will vary based on applicant's location, education, relevant experience, skills, and education.
