ResponsibilitiesIncrease revenue and market share in the assigned region while improving sales efficiency.Develop a comprehensive market-back sales strategy aligned with Yale Cordage's revenue growth plan and brand strategy.Understand competitive and customer dynamics and provide guidance on positioning both brands for profitable growth.Maintain direct contact with customers in the assigned region.Create and maintain account plans for distributors, OEMs, and VARs, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategy.Required skills and qualifications Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate settingBachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship preferred) or equivalent experience.Proven sales experience in the rope and rigging industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within the distribution, OEM, and VAR markets.Strong technical knowledge of rope and rigging products, applications, and industry practices Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 70% of the time
