Civil Engineer

In this role, you will have various responsibilities, including preparing conceptual, preliminary and final design documents for residential, industrial and commercial developments, public roads and infrastructure, and stormwater management projects. License or E.I.T.Minumun 5 years of relevant experienceThe ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple (8-15) projectsStrong communication skillsCriminal background check and clean driving record is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Functional in AutoCAD Civil 3DA working knowledge of surveying and survey principlesKnowledge of ADA requirements and building codesKnowledge of storm water best management practicesFamiliarity with private site and public infrastructure design and preparation of complete construction drawings and project documentsFamiliarity with local, state and federal regulations with regard to designExperience working with local and state agencies in plan review and approvalExperience working with city and county permitting and plat review processFamiliarity with storm water calculations, drainage design and analysisMust also be willing to learn, be detail oriented, and have good interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:· Assimilate topographic surveys and architectural site plans into AutoCAD Civil 3D· Grading and drainage design· Utility design (storm, sanitary, and water)· Geometric layout of new and rehabbed sites and parking lots· Hydraulic design and calculations of small, large and regional stormwater systems including pipe networks anddetention ponds· Manage and Interpret as-builts· Assist colleagues whenever necessary· Other duties as assigned.Full-timeCompetitive salary, 401(K) with 80% to 100% matching, vacationsick leave, seven paid holidays, four personal days, and health, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $93,000.00 - $113,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
