As the Workplace & People Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring a highly organized, well-stocked, and productive workspace. You'll also provide HR support, manage new hire onboardingoff boarding, and help cultivate a positive team culture. If you love creating structure, anticipating needs, and making sure everything runs smoothly, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Office & Workplace Management:Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently at all times.Manage office supplies, snacks, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-equipped workspace.Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, repairs, and seating arrangements.Plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.Serve as the go-to person for office-related requests and troubleshooting.HR & People Operations Support:Support HR processes, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance.Support IT processes & coordination to support productivity.Maintain employee records and assist with performance management initiatives.Be a culture champion"”help foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.New Hire Onboarding & Off boarding:Own the onboarding experience"”coordinate paperwork, office setup, IT access, and team introductions.Ensure every new team member has a seamless and welcoming first day.Manage offboarding logistics and asset collection.Who You Are:Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.A proactive problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly.Personable and approachable, helping foster a positive workplace culture.Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Passionate about fashion, team dynamics, and operational excellence.
