This dual-role position requires a proven leader who excels in project management, cost estimation, and regulatory compliance to drive successful project outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent position.Job Responsibilities:Oversee project management and estimating duties, primarily focusing on project management (75%) and supporting the estimating team (25%).Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, including $20M+ contracts, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.Prepare and analyze project plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.Lead the development and submission of detailed bid packages. Maintain a working knowledge of project-specific requirements such as permitting, licensing, and bonding documentation.Provide technical narratives for private bids, clearly defining the scope of work and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in project management, estimating, or a combination of both, with leadership experience in large, complex projects.Strong background in managing project safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating software, and Primavera Scheduling tools.Demonstrated expertise in leading estimating teams and delivering accurate cost projections for complex projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.Knowledge of Lump Sum Site Development projects and private sector bid processes.Hours & Benefits:M -F 8-5In-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision401K
