In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all loan documents are accurately prepared and finalized, facilitating a smooth closing process for our valued clients. The secret to our ongoing success is our unique 100% financing renovation product. In an industry that primarily lends to customers with 10-30% down payment requirements RFG offers lending terms offering 100% of the purchase and rehab up to 65%, 70% and even 75% of the ARV. That means no down payment, no income verification and no experience required of our borrowers.Responsibilities:Act as the single point of contact from opening to funding with title offices and attorneys.Work closely with Account Managers and Underwriters to track the progress of loans throughout the entire loan process. Confirm all aspects of the title commitments are accurate including but not limited to loan amount, specific exceptions removed, coverage amounts, lender and borrower information. · Address any potential issues on title commitments including but not limited to payoffs, liens, judgments, chain of title. · Review and approval of settlement statements for closings. · Preparation of closing packages and sending to the appropriate parties related to the closing. · Review of signed closing packages and authorizing disbursements if approved or requesting changes or additional signatures as needed. · Confirming wire instructions and balancing wires out from RFG with Accounting. · Ensure all loans are closed according to RFG's guidelines and adhere to internal state regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:· Experienced in a fast-paced inbound and outbound environment.· Positive attitude, high energy, and persistence. · Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail. · Prior dedicated role as a closer. · Strong computer skills, comfortable with technology. · Experience building relationships with title representatives and attorneys via phone and digital communications.· Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid work environment while partnering well with your RFG teammates.· Flexibility to work hours in response to client prehensive benefit package offered.Rehab Financial Group, LP is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
