YER USA is proud to collaborate with ASML in Wilton, CT for the recruitment of several Lean Manufacturing Engineers with a background in Lean Manufacturing. These are hybrid positions in Wilton, CT. ASML offer a generous base salary, full benefits, annual bonus and relocation assistance.As a Lean Change agent you will help drive the Lean transformation within the Wilton Factory, with a focus on embedding Lean philosophy where people are engaged to improve processes continuously to boost business impact. You will support and guide teams and leaders with implementing the daily management system, coach them in developing problem solving techniques and Lean leaders behavior. Together with line management you build internal capabilities to improve processes and results by cross functional teams on a daily basis.ASML US, brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. The headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands with 18 office locations around the United States.Role and ResponsibilitiesIn alignment with the accountable business manager, as a change agent you will:Set and agree to deployment goalsCo-designs the deployment planChallenge the change curveDefine success criteria and roles and responsibilitiesChallenge progress regularly with your stakeholdersBe role model in adapting Lean principles and coach on Lean behaviorSupport business impact initiatives (e.g. A3's, 4C's, Breakthrough Initiatives, etc.)As a Lean team member, you will:Share and inform the team about deployment progress, bottle-necks and help requestsSupport your colleagues pro-actively in the deployment or building each other's expertiseContribute to improvements to the ASML Lean standardsChallenge your colleagues adapting the Lean principles in our own teamImprove our daily operations and participates in strategic stepsBe a partner towards the business in driving for Lean improvementsEducation and ExperienceAs a Lean Engineer, you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Supply Chain environment, preferably with line management experience (team leadgroup lead) Good tenure related to workhistory.3+ years of experience coaching, deploying and applying lean in Manufacturing andor a Logistics environment3+ years of experience in Basic project management skillsExpert knowledge of lean, process improvement and quality management toolsPractical application of problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean A3, Six Sigma tools, etc.)Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles like 5s, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, TMP, DPMFamiliar with reduce waste reduction and non-value added activitiesProven skills in change management
