Capital Markets Analyst

Financial Services Organization in Montgomery County is looking to add a Capital Markets Analyst to their team. Ideal candidate will have 2 years if I-Banking experience.This role will be responsible for financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, deal summaries, and term sheets, analysis of investment opportunities, conducting market research, attending and presenting at conferences, and more. A big sell for this company is excellent benefits and a 40 hour work week!Responsibilities:Conduct market research and perform market analysis.Prepare various marketing materials, deal correspondence, and term sheets. Perform financial modeling and prepare in depth investment analysis. Attend various conferences in the US and internationally. Perform M&A analysis and due diligence.Ad-hoc projects.Experience RequirementsBS in Finance or similar - must have at least a 3.5 GPA2 years of investment banking experience required
