Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the construction industry, specializing in equipment and service rentals. This role involves prospecting, developing relationships, and driving sales with contractors, subcontractors, construction firms, and project managers. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.Identify, source, and target potential customers in the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and site visits to construction projects.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring we are delivering the solutions to our customers. Collaborate with operations team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the best solution to service our customers.Track sales performance through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.Stay updated on company product knowledge, industry trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects in the region.Qualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, equipment rentals, or industrial services.Strong knowledge of construction industry and service industryExcellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel locally to job sites and client meetings.Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card to drive company vehiclePreferred QualificationsExperience selling sanitation, temporary fencing, HVAC rentals, or similar services.Established network of contacts in the construction pensation & BenefitsBase salary + uncapped commission structure paid monthlyBenefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance; supplemental insurance; employee assistance program401(k) with company match, 100% vested immediatelyOngoing sales training and professional development opportunities.Check us out online!
