Polacheck's Jewelers Sales ProfessionalJob Title: Sales ProfessionalLocation: Polacheck's JewelersReports to: Director of SalesJob Summary:As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in providing exceptional service, as well as developing long lasting relationships through strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients, providing tailored recommendations based on their preferences and needs.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of various brands, including story telling. Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store goals.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store ventory Management: Help manage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure the store is well-stocked.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.KPICRM: Meet and exceed key performance and client management metrics (i.e. up to date completed trainings, advanced digital accuracy of client information, client outreach and follow up). Mystery Shop: Score a minimum of 85% on mystery shop when applicable. Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelrywatches or hospitality is munication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse clientele.Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and demonstrating strong story terpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Additional Requirements:Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Passion for brands and knowledge of current trends in the industry.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
