PruTech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Relations Officer, Public Sector & Government Affairs. This role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and administrative skills to manage executive-level responsibilities, support government relations initiatives, and facilitate seamless interactions between internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage the Chief Relations Officer's calendar, scheduling high-level meetings, events, and conferences with government officials, public sector partners, and internal teams.Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and meeting requests, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of urgent matters.Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and talking points for government meetings and public sector engagements.Government & Public Sector Relations Support:Assist in managing relationships with key government agencies, policymakers, and industry organizations.Track and organize legislative updates, policy changes, and regulatory developments impacting the company's public sector initiatives.Support in preparing government proposals, contracts, and compliance documentation.Draft and edit official communications, including letters, reports, and public statements.Administrative & Operational Support:Maintain confidential records, files, and databases related to government affairs and partnerships.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.Support event planning and logistics for public sector conferences, networking events, and government affairs initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, marketing, and business development, to ensure alignment on public sector strategies.Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of executive administrative support, preferably in government affairs, public sector relations, or a corporate setting.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field preferred.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Knowledge of government relations, public policy, or procurement processes is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
