Job Description:As a specialist in Business Connectivity Sales, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating customer growth by acquiring new business clients and cross-selling to eligible customers with Fiber and 5G connections. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and resilience to prospect via cold calls and door knocking, meet clients in person, and craft tailored solutions that address their unique needs.An entry to mid-level sales representative with basic to intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Capability to manage small to mid-size opportunities with on-going coaching, development and supervision. Responsible for monthly quota. Utilization of company policies and processes to identify opportunities and resolve customer issues.Responsibilities related to making sales include:-Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities onsite-Communicating with customers via phone (min 50 calls during blitz days), teleconference, e-mail, etc.-Traveling tofrom the customer premise for sales activities-Providing subject matter expertise on productssolutions and infrastructure compatibility-Preparing proposalspresentationsquotes that include competitive pricingstrategic plans and optimal solutions-Research and development of solutions with AT&T external partners to include designengineering and knowledge of the customer's businessindustryCandidate Profile:Experience: Service industry, door-to-door sales representatives aiming for a larger company.Attributes: Initiative-takers with examples of overcoming obstacles, thinking outside the box, handling difficult situations, and seeking growth in a company with great benefits.Must-Have:Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance: Ensure up-to-date documentation.Reliable Vehicle: Necessary for market transportation needs.
