Project Manager - Multi-family & Mixed-use

A high energy, sustainability focused, architecture firm focused on helping to solve the housing crisis is looking for a Project Manager in their Oakland office. This firm has been recognized for their industry leading expertise in master planning and design for a variety of multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use projects. The Project Manager will have strong experience managing Multi-family and Mixed-use projects from concept through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Studio Leaders to direct project team from concept through completionCollaborate with designers and Quality Control to ensure intact design intentOversee complete contract documentation, including mentoring the documentation teamMonitor timelines and budgets, coordinate and manage consultantsQualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, licensure preferredProficiency with Revit8+ years experience, with 5 in Multi-family and mixed-use projectsExperience through all project phases, particularly with construction administrationStrong organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-taskKnowledge of California building code
