Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in North Andover on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and hold a Massachusetts Property & Casualty license. A license is not required but preferred. This role involves assisting customers with policy questions, managing policy changes, and writing new business for personal and commercial small to midsize accounts. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM SALARY: $70,000 - $100,000annually LOCATION: North Andover, MA (on-site) WHAT YOU'LL DO:Act as a liaison between customers and carriers, ensuring positive client and underwriter relationships.Review book of business annually, providing recommendations and re-quoting, as necessary.Maintain and manage existing client accounts, including mid-term endorsements and renewals.Perform account rounding and cross-sales to maximize client coverage and satisfaction.Underwrite and place risks in accordance with agency standards. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:2-5 years of commercial insurance experience preferred Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (preferred, but not required)Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Pleasant, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
