The Director Sales is a pivotal role that is responsible for the revenue generation teams, including Business Development, Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing building a team and achieving a revenue and sales target. The ideal candidate has experience in building growth strategies in companies, with specific MSP experience. The mission of the Director of Sales will be to develop a world class Revenue generation team that aligns with the marketing and delivery teams and optimizes the sales and customer success functions to drive revenue and growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop growth and strategies for the company Build and manage revenue plan to achieve annual net growth targets Oversee all revenue generating activities - direct sales, partner sales, performance marketing, and customer successCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure demand generation activities deliver the right leadsEstablish both short-term results and long-term strategies, including revenue forecastingProspect and close relationships with key target clientsDrive operational excellence at every stage of the sales funnelcycleBe accountable for results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; take responsibility for accurate forecasting and meetingexceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targetsMonitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growthPropel sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business valueMonitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to successDevelop and implement robust sales management processes - pipeline, account planning, and proposalsOversee all ChannelPartner developmentWork openly and intensely with the rest of the delivery and support teams to ensure the overall success of the business.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in a related field.Experience in the IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry.10+ years of successful sales leadership experience With a strong background in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets.Experience in developing and executing growth strategies In collaboration with executive leadership, and product heads stakeholders.
