All new employees go through an extensive training program to teach you all you need to make big sales and have big successes. Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly and professionally.Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and mail.Maintain a neat and organized workspace.Cover the sales floor and assist customers.Log prospects and sales activity in our system.Adhere to all company policies and ply with relevant regulations (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, FTC Safeguards Rule).Qualifications:Ability to obtain an Ohio Sales License.Neat and professional surable by our insurance carrier.Valid Ohio Driver's pensation and Benefits:Competitive commission structure with bonuses.Additional commission for repeat customers.Volume bonuses based on units sold.Monthly "Fast Start" bonus opportunity.Salesperson of the Month and Executive Team incentives.Alternative pay plan (salary plus bonus) available.Vacation and hospitalization benefits Company-paid business cards and business-related mail expenses.
