Over the decades, Beacon has kept itself abreast with evolving technologies and machinery, ensuring organic growth and diversifying offerings.About the Role: We are seeking an IT Engineer with expertise in site networking, Corporate IT infrastructure, and software systems. This role will focus on network setup, maintenance, and security and seamless integration with cloud-based and on-premise systems.Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks).Maintain and troubleshoot LANWAN, VoIP, and security protocols.Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid integrations.Configure and maintain servers, virtualization, and storage solutions.Implement network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption.Assist with software deployments, system upgrades, and IT support.Monitor network performance and optimize resources for efficiency and reliability.Collaborate with teams to support business applications and IT infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Required Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).Familiarity with Linux and Windows server administration.Hands-on experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security tools.Knowledge of IT automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and DevOps concepts is a plus. Preferred Skills: Certifications like CCNA, Network+, AWSAzure Associate, or Security+ are preferred.
