We are building in-house AI solutions to revolutionize the tire retail industry,leveraging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) to enhance our operations,streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer service.We are looking for a LLM Developer to join our growing team. This role offers theopportunity to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered applications thattransform both customer and employee experiences.Key Responsibilities• Develop and integrate LLMs into full-stack applications, ensuring seamless operations andoptimized performance for specific business needs.• Build generative AI solutions tailored to customer engagement and employee support.• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs to improve accuracy, performance, and alignmentwith real-world retail tasks.• Design and implement effective prompts to ensure accurate, contextually relevant outputsfrom LLMs across various use cases.• Ensure AI applications comply with ethical guidelines, prioritizing data privacy, userconsent, and responsible AI usage.• Design and develop scalable system components leveraging LLMs, integrating them withexisting CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.• Adapt AI models using domain-specific data and techniques to enhance their effectivenessand accuracy.• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans for AI applications, optimizing forefficiency, scalability, and reliability.• Collaborate in designing and developing DevOps and MLOps pipelines for deploying,monitoring, and maintaining AI solutions.• Proactively monitor application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot technicalincidents to ensure uninterrupted AI system operations.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:• Proficiency in LLM development, including training and fine-tuning open-source orproprietary models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral).• Strong programming skills in Python with experience using NLP libraries like HuggingFace Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.• Hands-on experience with integrating AI solutions into existing POS and relevant retailapplications.Soft Skills:• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead AI projects.• Passion for building innovative AI-powered solutions.Preferred Qualifications:• Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.• Experience in retail or e-commerce AI applications will be plus.
