The Account Manager in Atlas Logistics is a fully competent and productive team member responsible for project management and building and maintaining the overall relationship with the customer. This role works independently on larger, more complex accounts and is the liaison between the customer and the location storing the products. The role is responsible for maintaining the budget and coordinating the delivery of goods in a timely manner with a high level of focus on quality and service throughout.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for day-to-day servicing, profitability, and budgeting of assigned accounts.Work with warehouses and other support services to set up and monitor customer projects to ensure that projects are handled efficiently and professionally.Responsible for ensuring that assigned accounts are receiving all agreed to documentation in a timely manner.Provide timely quotations to customers or to prospective customers through our sales department.Responsible for negotiating prices with warehouses and customers that are competitive and produce maximum returns.Responsible for resolving disputes andor claims with assigned accounts.Design and implement procedures to service assigned Logistics accounts.Other duties may be assigned.Your Wellness is our Focus:Medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependentsEmployee assistance programs focused on mental health.Access to a licensed therapist 247Wellness programs with employee perksOnsite Fitness Center and Medical ClinicFinancial Wellbeing:Generous 401(k) matching retirement plansPre-tax savings plans, HSA & FSATuition assistanceEmployee assistance programs focused on financial wellbeing.Flexibility and Time Off:Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays, and disability leave.What You'll Need:High School DiplomaEquivalent.
