The Sales Support Admin will be responsible for collecting, researching, and verifying account information to generate proposals and book contracts, as well as perform other administrative duties as assignedResponsibilitiesCollect and verify power and natural gas customer and usage information.Ensure accurate deal structure of power, natural gas, and other product offerings.Accurately price and understand product offerings to prepare proposalscontracts and assist in generating revenue; Create proposals and contracts for Power and Natural Gas customers.Maintain SLA productivity target in managing deal set ups delivering RFPs on timeGenerate and review contracts for various product offerings. Assist in contract renewal efforts.Adjudicate and approve credit for small customers via utility invoice review and internal pay history reviewProvide expertise in the use of CRM and pricing systems, and assist in execution of process and system changesAssist in development of Request for Proposal response packagesQualificationsHS Diploma, or equivalentBachelor's Degree in Business, a plusExperience working in an administrative andor sales support role
