Job Title: Staff Software Engineer - Front EndLocation: Pleasanton, CA (1 day onsite per week)Employment Type: 6 Months Contract to HireOnly : W2 or C2C (Self-Corp)Pay Rate: $65-$75 per hour on W2Salary Upon Conversion: $160,000-$170,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:Architect and develop scalable full-stack web applications, focusing on ReactNext.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).Build responsive, interactive UIs using ReactNext.js with clean, modular code.Develop efficient, event-driven services with Node.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.Optimize performance and address scalability challenges.Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.4-8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.ReactNext.js: 4+ years with state management, hooks, and responsive design.JavaScript"‹: 8+ years building scalable web applicationsNode.js: 4+ years with RESTful APIs and GraphQLDatabases: Hands-on with relational (PostgreSQLMySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWSAzureGCP) and containerization (DockerKubernetes)Proficiency in API design, automated testing (e.g., Mocha, PyTest), and GitExperience in Agile teams (ScrumKanban) with strong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred SkillsPassion for technical challenges and leadership in software developmentAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
