Civil Project Manager Search - Mount Pleasant, SC and Charlotte, NCMy client is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead projects, manage client relationships, and oversee design and permitting processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage civil engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.Coordinate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and consultants.Oversee project permitting, QAQC processes, and technical documentation.Mentor and lead civil designers and team members.Participate in business development and community engagement initiatives.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).Experience: 5-10 years in civil engineering or construction; project management experience preferred.Certifications: EIT required, PE exam taken or in progress.Skills: Proficiency in civil design, permitting, technical reports, and team leadership.Desired AttributesStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.Effective communication and client management abilities.Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.If you or someone you know meet the above qualifications and are open to a great opportunity, I would love to connect and discuss the role further!
