Service Manager (or Service Project Manager)_Weymouth-MA_Full-Time (FTE)_Direct Hire Position: Service Manager (or Service Project Manager) Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) Location: Weymouth-MA Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 +Best-in-class benefits Responsibilities: *Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned service projects, including budgeting, scheduling, material procurement, and labor allocation. *Ensure clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly. *Supervise service technicians and ensure quality workmanship adheres to company standards and industry regulations. *Maintain accurate project documentation, including estimates, contracts, change orders, and daily logs. *Identify and proactively address potential project challenges and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets. *Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for your assigned team. Qualifications: *Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC andor plumbing service industry. *Proven track record of successfully managing multiple service projects from start to finish. *Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, their functionalities, and common repairs. *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. *Valid driver's license. *VRFVRV certification a plus.
