Project Engineer

Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the Matthews, NC area that is looking for a Project Engineer. This Project Engineer will be groomed to be a Project Manager. Coordinate with the project manager, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and the project stays on track.Assist in budgeting and cost control, tracking project expenses, and ensuring it stays within the financial scope.Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team during the design, construction, and completion phases.Review and approve engineering designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.Ensure that engineering practices align with safety, environmental, and other industry regulations.1-2 years of Commercial PE experience neededHVAC experience is a big plus
